Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the submitted material will be read by the relevant manager for the purpose of answering and assessing the content in relation to a defined job.

Applications and attachments are shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and are not disclosed to others outside the company.

Applications and attachments are stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application and attachments will be deleted.

For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 1 month, after which they are deleted.

If the application and supporting documents are stored for more than 1 month, separate consent is obtained from the candidate.
