Efficient production

Efficient production

We produce locally in Hornsyld, Denmark. This way we preserve local jobs, shorten transport routes and ensure that production takes place the way we want it to.

In the production hall, we work hard to optimise energy, improve our use of resources and reduce material waste, both in production materials and - on a smaller scale - by recycling our worn-out workwear.

After a long period of use, when the clothes have holes and are worn out, we collect them in a box in the hall. This way, the textile materials can remain in circulation.

Through the MASCOT RE-worked® scheme, we ensure that the discarded workwear goes from being waste to becoming a resource. When our collection box is full, we send it to the company NewRetex, where the discarded workwear is sorted by material, picked into fibres and spun into new thread.

Wellbeing and work environment

Wellbeing and work environment

A sustainable working life really means having the space, energy and energy for all the important things outside of work.

We monitor the motivation and well-being of all employees using the GAIS well-being tool, which maps the 7 factors meaning, mastery, results, balance, colleagues, leadership and empowerment.

We have an ongoing collaboration with local job centres to include people on the edge of the labour market in our organisation, so we take social responsibility - to the benefit and value of all parties. Horsens Alliance's job task force awarded Triarca the CSRpeople label in 2024.

We have an active staff association that organises fun runs, bingo, parties, skiing trips and bowling.

Another focal point for the community is the canteen, where home-baked bread, delicious green lunch dishes - and the occasional birthday cake - lift the spirits on a daily basis. The canteen has the Organic Food Label in bronze.

Product quality, lifetime and environmental impact

Product quality, lifetime and environmental impact

Long product lifetime is an integral part of our product development. For example, some of our enclosures can last up to 60 years.

We have chosen to document the climate footprint of our products using life cycle analyses (LCA). In this way, the information is available to our customers, and we ourselves gain knowledge to further develop and improve our products' environmental footprint.

Supplier collaboration

Supplier collaboration

Through dialogue and close collaboration with suppliers, we find solutions to improve the lifetime and environmental impact of products.

For example, we use Rilsan® for coating some of our enclosures. Rilsan® is a bio-based coating material made from castor beans. The material is renewable and the beans are grown in conditions that do not displace forests or food production.
